Members

Finley Fletcher (They/Them) - Vocals / Keyboard

Finley is a lost cause turned found, gone from getting kicked out of class in primary school for singing too damn much to belting into a mic on stage. Leaving behind a not-so-inspiring upbringing in the numbing suburbs of Cape Cod, they picked up keyboard at age 19 and hit the ground running with Full Color. They dream of making at least one person in this world meandering toward apocalypse snap out of their haze and feel something real before their moment passes, the same heartfelt favor their inspirations did them, drawing on the memories of the pining voice of Jimmy Eat World's Jim Adkins, the spacious, breathy soundscapes of Weaver at the Loom, the blistering energy of Motion City Soundtrack, and the pop punk jams of Relient K.

Eric Schaeffer (He/They) - Guitar/Production

Eric Schaeffer is an accomplished musician and composer, and is one of the two remaining founding members of Full Color. He has been playing guitar for over 13 years, and holds a bachelor’s degree for Music Composition and Theory. A versatile musician, he primarily plays 7 and 8 string guitars using a range of extended techniques, such as multi-finger tapping, sweep picking, and both pick and finger-style guitar. His main influences include David Gilmour, John Petrucci, Tosin Abasi and Yvette Young.

Aspen (He/They) - Drums/Percussion

Aspen is a former all region concert drummer originally hailing from North Texas. After years of stress in the competitive and arguably toxic environment of Texas music education, he took a hiatus from drumming and fell into a long period of burnout. A decade later he returns as the drummer of Full Color with a different mindset, driven primarily by exploration, self-expression, and community. His inspirations range from the calculated precision of Gospel's Vincent Roseboom to the subtleness of Circa Survive's Steve Clifford.

Andrew Milstead (He/Him) - Bass/Composition

Andrew Milstead lives a multi-faceted life researching medicine by day and playing music by night. He is self-taught through and through, and considers himself a “sound” musician more than anything else. His musical passion began during his teen years when he discovered some of his formative influences—the larger-than-life presence of Muse, precise virtuoso performances by Rush, and the blend of pop and punch by Paramore to name a few. His desire to capture that “larger-than-life” sound is what drives him to hone his skills in guitar, bass, and songwriting.
